Amazfit Falcon 2 Rumored: A Next-Gen Rugged Smartwatch May Be Coming Soon

A new Amazfit smartwatch may be getting closer to launch, and all signs point to it being the long-rumored Amazfit Falcon 2. Talk of this premium wearable first surfaced back in 2025, when it was reportedly linked to a listing in Malaysia’s SIRIM database. Around the same time, the original Falcon also disappeared from the company’s online stores, a move that often hints a replacement model could be on the horizon.

Now, the Falcon 2 has appeared again—this time in a more concrete place. The upcoming smartwatch has reportedly been spotted in the code for Zepp App version 10.0.8, which rolled out in February 2026. Inside the app’s APK, a code string reading SUPPORT_BIND_FALCON2025 was found alongside similar references tied to other unreleased wearables, including the Cheetah Pro 2. The “2025” label is especially interesting, as it suggests the Falcon 2 may have originally been planned for release last year but was delayed.

Even with these clues, Zepp Health—the company behind the Amazfit brand—has not officially announced the Amazfit Falcon 2, and there are no confirmed specs yet. Still, the original Amazfit Falcon provides a strong hint at what the next-generation model could aim for.

The first Falcon launched in 2022 as a high-end, rugged smartwatch built for serious multi-sport athletes. It offered a wide selection of activity modes and training tools, along with Zepp Coach for guided workouts. It also stood out with dual-band GPS for improved tracking accuracy, support for offline maps, and a premium, durable build featuring an AMOLED display, a titanium case, and a sapphire glass screen designed to handle tough conditions.

For now, the two biggest questions remain unanswered: when the Amazfit Falcon 2 will be released and how much it will cost. But with the name now showing up in the Zepp app’s code, the chances of an official reveal in the near future appear stronger than ever.
