Acer is stepping deeper into the premium gaming handheld market with the Predator Atlas 8, a new portable gaming device powered by Intel’s Arc G3 Extreme chip. The announcement places Acer among the growing number of manufacturers turning to Intel’s latest high-end mobile platform for next-generation handheld gaming PCs.
The Intel Arc G3 Extreme is shaping up to be one of the most exciting chips for portable gaming devices. With 14 CPU cores and integrated graphics comparable to Intel’s Arc B390-class performance, the chip is designed to handle modern PC games while offering the efficiency needed for a handheld form factor.
