Vibrant Dials Shine on Casio’s Latest GBM-2100A Metal Bezel Watches

Get ready for the exciting launch of three new G-Shock GBM-2100A watches by Casio, set to debut in Japan. These highly anticipated timepieces were rumored earlier this year and join their predecessors, such as the GBM-2100-1A, released in May 2024. Notably, these models have already appeared at a US retailer.

Each watch offers unique features: the G-Shock GBM-2100A-2B dazzles with a blue dial and a light digital display, while the GBM-2100A-4B sports a striking purple dial, and the GBM-2100A-8B showcases a sleek gray dial, both with dark displays. Encased in a stylish stainless steel bezel and set against a black resin band, these watches also feature a captivating rectangular tiled pattern.

Designed with technology in mind, the GBM-2100A series includes Bluetooth compatibility with the Casio Watches app, Tough Solar charging for longer battery life, and a power-saving mode. Users can access world time zones across 38 cities and enjoy a handy home city swap feature. Additional features include a 1/100th second stopwatch, a 1-second countdown timer, and five daily alarms. To ensure readability in any lighting, there are double LED backlights and a hands shift tool.

Scheduled to launch in Japan on August 1st, the Casio G-Shock GBM-2100A-2B, GBM-2100A-4B, and GBM-2100A-8B will be priced at ¥37,400 (approximately $254), echoing the cost of previous models. In the US, they are listed at $250, while the GBM-2100A-1B retails for $270. The US release date remains to be confirmed.
