TCL Debuts CrystalClip Open-Ear Earbuds Sparkling with Swarovski Crystals

TCL is stepping into the spotlight with its new CrystalClip open-ear earbuds, launching in two versions: a standard model and a Swarovski-crystal special edition designed to turn everyday listening into a fashion-forward statement.

The headline-grabber is the Swarovski edition, which includes a detachable metallic rose accessory studded with crystals. TCL says the rose can be worn separately, giving the premium model a wearable style perk beyond the earbuds themselves. For anyone who likes tech that doubles as an accessory, this edition is clearly built to stand out.

For comfort and daily practicality, the CrystalClip earbuds use an open-ear clip design that sits on the ear rather than sealing inside the ear canal. Each standard earbud weighs about 5.5 grams and clips on using a flexible titanium alloy arch bridge. TCL positions this design as a more comfortable alternative for longer sessions, with a fit that’s also meant to avoid conflicts with eyeglasses and reduce the pressure some people feel with traditional in-ear earbuds.

On the audio side, TCL equips the CrystalClip with dual-magnetic dynamic drivers along with 3D Spatial Audio, aiming for a wider, more immersive soundstage during music and media playback. Because these are open-ear earbuds, they also allow environmental sound to pass through—useful for hearing surrounding speech and important sounds while walking, commuting, or working in shared spaces.

Call quality gets attention as well. The CrystalClip includes a dual-microphone ENC (environmental noise cancellation) system intended to cut down background noise during phone calls, helping voices come through more clearly in busy settings.

Battery life is another strong selling point. TCL rates the CrystalClip for up to 36 hours of total use when including the charging case, and the earbuds support quick charging when drained. Connectivity is handled via Bluetooth 5.4, and users can control playback through touch controls. The earbuds also support popular voice assistants, making them easier to use hands-free.

Pricing and availability are set by model. The standard TCL CrystalClip earbuds are priced at €79 (about $95) and are planned to arrive around February or March 2026. The Swarovski-crystal edition is priced at €149 (about $175) with a release window slated for the second quarter of 2026.

With an open-ear clip-on design, spatial audio features, long battery life, and a crystal-adorned collector-style option, the TCL CrystalClip earbuds are positioned to appeal to buyers who want comfort and awareness without giving up modern audio features—or style.
