PELADN HO5 Mini PC launches with Ryzen AI 9 HX 470, 80 TOPS AI power, and OCuLink support
PELADN has unveiled the HO5, a new high-performance Mini PC designed for users who want desktop-class capability in a compact system. Powered by AMD’s Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 processor, the HO5 targets AI workloads, gaming, content creation, software development, and professional productivity.
The biggest highlight of the PELADN HO5 is its AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 chip, part of AMD’s newer mobile processor lineup built for strong CPU, GPU, and AI performance. This processor features 12 cores and 24 threads based on the Zen 5 architecture, giving the Mini PC plenty of power for demanding multitasking, development tools, creative apps, and modern workloads.
For graphics, the chip includes Radeon 890M integrated graphics with 16 compute units. That makes the HO5 more capable than typical compact PCs when it comes to light-to-moderate gaming, GPU-accelerated applications, media editing, and everyday visual performance. While it is still an integrated GPU, the Radeon 890M is expected to deliver playable performance in a wide range of games, especially at optimized settings.
AI performance is another major selling point. The Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 delivers up to 80 TOPS of AI compute, making the PELADN HO5 suitable for users experimenting with local AI tools, machine learning workflows, automation, and AI-assisted productivity. As AI features become more common in software, Mini PCs like the HO5 are positioned to serve creators, developers, analysts, and business users who need compact yet capable hardware.
PELADN is positioning the HO5 as a flagship Mini PC for both AI and gaming. The system is aimed at AI development, software engineering, content creation, digital marketing, financial analysis, remote work, and business applications. Its combination of CPU performance, AI acceleration, integrated graphics, and expansion options makes it a flexible machine for home offices, studios, and compact gaming setups.
The HO5 can be configured with up to 32 GB of DDR5 memory and 1 TB of PCIe SSD storage. It also includes an additional M.2 Gen4 slot, giving users more room for high-speed storage expansion. This is useful for creators working with large files, developers handling multiple environments, or gamers who need space for modern game libraries.
One of the most important features is OCuLink support. With an OCuLink port, the HO5 can connect to an external graphics card setup, allowing users to significantly boost graphics performance when needed. This gives the Mini PC a strong advantage for gamers and professionals who want the compact size of a Mini PC but still want the option to use desktop-class GPU power.
Connectivity is also a strong point. The PELADN HO5 includes Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, offering faster wireless performance and improved device compatibility. It also features dual 2.5GbE LAN ports, making it a good fit for users who need reliable wired networking, fast file transfers, home server setups, or business environments. USB4 ports are also included, adding high-speed connectivity for external drives, docks, displays, and other peripherals.
The design of the HO5 keeps things compact while adding a more aggressive visual style. The top of the Mini PC features an RGB-lit pattern, giving it a gaming-inspired look without taking up much desk space. Ventilation is placed around the sides and rear to help manage airflow in the small chassis.
Cooling is handled by PELADN’s IceBlast 2.0 system. This setup uses triple copper heat pipes, a multi-blade fan, and a high-density heatsink to keep the Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 running efficiently. Strong cooling is especially important in a Mini PC because powerful hardware packed into a small case can generate significant heat under heavy workloads.
With its mix of Ryzen AI processing, Radeon integrated graphics, external GPU support, fast networking, and compact RGB design, the PELADN HO5 stands out as an ambitious Mini PC for 2026. It is built for users who want a small machine that can handle modern productivity, AI-focused tasks, creative workflows, and gaming without relying on a traditional full-size desktop tower.
The PELADN HO5 Mini PC is expected to be priced at $1,299, with availability planned for late June 2026.
