Lucky Shot

Lucky Shot Takes Aim at an August Launch with High-Score FPS Mayhem

Lucky Shot, a new score-chasing first-person shooter from Deliver Games, is set to launch on PC via Steam on August 7. The game blends fast-paced target shooting with roguelike progression, tactical bullet planning, and creative build crafting, giving players more to think about than simply aiming and firing.

At its core, Lucky Shot is about chasing the highest possible score. Players won’t just load a magazine with ordinary ammo and hope for the best. Instead, they will arrange special bullets in strategic patterns to trigger powerful combinations and maximize points during each run. This magazine management system adds a puzzle-like layer to the shooter formula, rewarding smart preparation as much as sharp reflexes.

The game will feature more than 150 stackable Holos, along with charms, energy drinks, and target upgrades. These items can be mixed and matched to create unique builds, allowing players to experiment with different strategies across multiple runs. Whether you prefer boosting your score through clever bullet effects, stacking bonuses, or upgrading targets for bigger rewards, Lucky Shot offers several ways to improve performance between stages.

While accuracy still matters, Lucky Shot is not designed only for players with perfect aim. Strong builds can help make up for missed shots, meaning thoughtful planning can be just as valuable as mechanical skill. This approach makes the game more accessible while still offering plenty of depth for competitive players who want to optimize every shot.

The full release will include more than 15 bosses, seven special bullet types, and stages inspired by different historical eras. These varied settings and encounters should give each run a distinct feel while encouraging players to adapt their strategy as they progress.

Lucky Shot will support solo play as well as online competitive and cooperative modes. Players can test their skills alone, team up with others, or compete to see who can create the most effective build and achieve the highest score.

With its mix of first-person shooting, roguelike upgrades, score-based progression, and strategic ammo customization, Lucky Shot aims to offer a fresh take on the target shooter genre when it arrives on PC on August 7.
