Lenovo Expands Its Affordable 14-Inch Snapdragon Laptop to More Markets
Lenovo’s latest budget-friendly 14-inch laptop is now available in more countries, giving buyers another option if they want a lightweight Windows laptop with long battery life, a compact design, and Qualcomm Snapdragon efficiency.
The new model, known as the IdeaPad Slim 3x 14Q7X11 in some markets, has arrived in the Eurozone with prices ranging from €589 to €619, which is roughly $660 to $695. In the United Kingdom, Lenovo is offering the same base configuration for £510, or about $679, including taxes.
For that starting price, buyers get Qualcomm’s Snapdragon C C11-0100 processor, 4 GB of RAM, and 128 GB of UFS 3.1 flash storage. While this entry-level setup is aimed at everyday tasks such as web browsing, document editing, video streaming, and online learning, Lenovo also offers a memory upgrade in select regions. Customers in Europe can move up to 8 GB of RAM for an additional €90, while UK buyers can choose the same upgrade for £80 more.
Availability and pricing vary by region. In Singapore, the laptop is offered only with the higher 8 GB RAM configuration, which pushes the starting price to SGD 1,056, or around $825. This makes the European and UK versions more flexible for budget-conscious shoppers who do not need the higher memory option.
Across all regions, the laptop features a 14-inch IPS display with a 1200p resolution. The panel reaches up to 400 nits of peak brightness, making it suitable for indoor use and brighter workspaces. It also supports a 60 Hz refresh rate and covers 45% of the NTSC color space, which is typical for an affordable productivity-focused laptop rather than a device aimed at professional creative work.
Battery life is one of the biggest highlights of this Lenovo laptop. Every configuration includes a 50 Wh battery with support for 65 W charging. Lenovo claims the laptop can last up to 33 hours during local 1080p video playback at 150 nits brightness. Real-world battery life will depend on usage, brightness, connectivity, and background apps, but the figure suggests that the device is designed for users who value long unplugged sessions.
The combination of a Snapdragon processor, efficient storage, a bright 14-inch display, and a large battery makes this laptop an appealing choice for students, remote workers, and casual users looking for an affordable portable computer. It may not be built for demanding gaming or heavy creative workloads, but for everyday productivity and entertainment, it offers a practical balance of price, battery life, and portability.
With its wider rollout across Europe, the UK, and Singapore, Lenovo is clearly positioning this 14-inch Snapdragon laptop as a low-cost alternative for buyers who want a modern thin-and-light notebook without paying premium ultrabook prices.
