Lenovo has introduced new ThinkPad P16v 2026 configurations in China, bringing workstation-class hardware to a slim 16-inch laptop designed for professionals, creators, engineers, and power users. The latest models are built around Intel’s Core Ultra 7 251HX processor and offer dedicated Nvidia RTX PRO graphics, making them suitable for demanding workloads such as 3D design, CAD, content creation, AI-assisted tasks, and heavy multitasking.
At first glance, the two new ThinkPad P16v 2026 variants look very similar. Both come equipped with 32 GB of RAM and a 1 TB SSD, giving users plenty of memory and fast storage for large projects, applications, and files. The main difference comes down to graphics performance. One model features Nvidia RTX PRO 1000 graphics, while the higher-end version includes Nvidia RTX PRO 2000 graphics for users who need stronger GPU power.
The display is one of the standout features of the new ThinkPad P16v. Lenovo has fitted the laptop with a 16-inch 2.5K IPS touchscreen that supports a fast 240 Hz refresh rate. In China, the Lenovo ThinkPad P16v 2026 with Nvidia RTX PRO 1000 graphics is priced at CNY 20,999, which is approximately US$3,110. The version with Nvidia RTX PRO 2000 graphics costs CNY 22,999, or around US$3,405.
Lenovo is also offering launch promotions in China, including a ThinkPlus UH100 1 TB portable SSD and a five-year warranty. These extras could make the new ThinkPad P16v more appealing to professionals looking for a long-term mobile workstation with strong support and expanded storage from day one.
