Lenovo Unveils New GT-Branded Tablet Boasting Impressive Battery Upgrade Over Recent Legion Model

Lenovo is gearing up for the release of its latest lightweight tablet, the Xiaoxin Tablet Pro GT, set to launch in China on August 6, 2025. As anticipation builds, Lenovo has been teasing some of the tablet’s impressive specifications.

One standout feature is its battery, boasting a capacity of 8,860 mAh, surpassing the latest Legion gaming tablet, the Legion Y700 Gen 4, which offers a 7,600 mAh battery. This larger capacity is understandable given the GT tablet’s bigger display.

The Xiaoxin Tablet Pro GT will showcase an 11.1-inch screen with a stunning “3.2K” resolution and a 144 Hz refresh rate. In comparison, the Legion Y700 Gen 4 sports a more compact 8.8-inch display.

Under the hood, the tablet will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, which, while not matching the performance of some high-end models like the RedMagic Astra, still promises smooth handling of demanding tasks and gaming.

Other confirmed features include a dual-camera setup, support for Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision, and 68 W fast charging. However, pricing details and a global release date remain under wraps, leaving tech enthusiasts eager for more information.
