Lenovo is filling in more details about its next wave of Android tablets, and one of the biggest questions—battery life—now has a clear answer. The company has already confirmed that the Xiaoxin Pro 13 will officially launch on March 18, and recent teasers suggest it won’t arrive alone. Lenovo is also expected to unveil the Legion Y700 Gen 5 alongside an even more performance-focused model called the Xiaoxin Pro GT13, giving buyers multiple new options across entertainment, productivity, and gaming.
For the Xiaoxin Pro 13, Lenovo has confirmed a sizable 10,200 mAh battery. That capacity matches the battery used in last year’s Xiaoxin Tablet 12.1, but it stands out even more when compared to Lenovo’s Xiaoxin Tablet Pro GT, which uses an 8,860 mAh silicon-carbon battery. In simple terms, the Xiaoxin Pro 13 is positioning itself as a tablet designed to last—especially appealing for people who want a large-screen Android tablet without constantly hunting for a charger.
Lenovo is also sharing some real-world expectations for what that battery can deliver. The company indicates the Xiaoxin Pro 13 should manage up to 15 hours of continuous video playback, which makes it a strong candidate for long flights, extended streaming sessions, or full days of playback for study and entertainment. It’s also said to handle about two days of back-to-back online meetings, which targets remote work and school users who rely on video calls throughout the day.
With a 13-inch display and a focus on long endurance, the Xiaoxin Pro 13 looks aimed at users who want a productivity-friendly Android tablet that can double as a media powerhouse. More complete specifications should become clear as the March 18 launch date approaches, especially with other models like the Legion Y700 Gen 5 and Xiaoxin Pro GT13 expected to share the spotlight.
