Fresh Images Showcase the TrimUI Brick Pro Handheld in the Wild

New images of TrimUI’s upcoming Brick Pro handheld gaming console have surfaced, giving emulation fans an even clearer look at what could be one of the most interesting budget-friendly portable gaming devices of 2026.

A retailer called MechDiy has published fresh product shots that show the TrimUI Brick Pro in two launch colors: black and white. Based on what typically happens with TrimUI’s releases, these may just be the first wave of options. The original TrimUI Brick eventually expanded into additional color variants, and the same pattern could easily repeat with the Brick Pro later in the year.

TrimUI first confirmed the Brick Pro’s existence in mid-January, and early leaks already suggested some key upgrades—most notably a larger screen and dual analog sticks. Shortly after, a hands-on style video from Neon Rabbit highlighted the system’s emulation potential, building more hype around what the hardware may be capable of.

Now, the big new detail is timing. MechDiy’s update suggests Brick Pro units are already being shipped out to retailers. If that’s accurate, pre-orders could open soon, potentially later this month, as stores prepare listings and inventory.

While full specifications and official pricing still haven’t been revealed, TrimUI has confirmed two important points that should matter most to prospective buyers. First, the Brick Pro includes a 4-inch display, up from the 3.2-inch screen found in the original Brick—an upgrade that should make retro games and menus noticeably easier to see. Second, TrimUI claims the Brick Pro is powerful enough to emulate many PlayStation 2 games, which is a significant leap for a compact handheld in this category.

For now, the Brick Pro remains a “wait for the full reveal” device—fans are watching closely for the final spec sheet, battery details, chipset information, and the official retail price. But with new images circulating and retailer shipping reportedly underway, an announcement and pre-order window may be right around the corner.
