Demonschool

Class Postponed: Demonschool’s Launch Moves to November

Demonschool has been pushed back. Publisher Ysbryd Games and developer Necrosoft Games have moved the supernatural school-set adventure from its planned September 3 launch to a new release date of November 19, 2025.

The team says the shift is all about giving Demonschool room to breathe. With Hollow Knight: Silksong newly dated for early September—and landing just a day after Demonschool’s original target—the studio and publisher decided it was wiser to avoid a head-on clash and secure a window where their game can get the spotlight it deserves. Visibility, they emphasized, is the priority.

They also stressed this is the final delay. Review keys have already gone out to press, signaling how close the project is to the finish line. Between now and November, the developers will spend the extra time polishing and expanding the launch version. Content that was once planned as post-release additions—like more endings and new minigames—will now be included on day one.

Demonschool follows Faye and her chaotic crew of collegiate demon hunters, and it’s coming to:
– PC via Steam and itch.io
– Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S
– Nintendo Switch
– PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5

Mark November 19, 2025 on your calendar if you’ve been waiting to dive in. The team is asking for a little more patience, promising a richer, more complete experience at launch.
