Casio is expanding its Valentine’s Day-ready lineup with two fresh additions to the Baby-G+Plus BGD-10KH series. Recently released in Japan and also confirmed for an international rollout, these new colorways build on the three BGD-10KH options that debuted in November 2025—giving fans of compact, square digital watches more choice just in time for gifting season.
The first model, the Casio Baby-G+Plus BGD-10KH-1, goes for a sleek black look with soft light-pink accents. Details like the button casing and the Baby-G logo pop against the darker resin case and strap, adding a subtle romantic touch without losing that classic G-Shock attitude. The second option, the BGD-10KH-7, flips the palette with a creamy base and deeper dark-pink accents for a warmer, sweeter Valentine-inspired style.
A standout feature of these releases is the included heart-shaped holder. The BGD-10KH-1 comes with a cream-colored heart holder, while the BGD-10KH-7 pairs with a dark-pink version. Both holders are designed to transform the watch into a keyring or bag charm, making these models feel more like an accessory set than a watch alone—especially appealing for collectors, students, and anyone who likes customizable fashion gadgets.
Both watches keep the familiar square digital display many fans look for in Baby-G and G-Shock-inspired designs. The screen uses a light background with darker digits for readability, and there’s a playful Valentine twist: when the LED backlight turns on, a heart shape appears on the LCD.
Functionally, the BGD-10 series is built for everyday reliability. You get world time with 29 time zones, and the option to display the time in either 12-hour or 24-hour format. The display also shows the month, date, and day of the week—useful for daily wear and quick glance checking.
Casio also packs in a strong set of practical tools: a countdown timer that runs up to 24 hours, a 1/100th-second stopwatch, five daily alarms, and an hourly time signal. Water resistance is rated to 100 meters, making it a solid fit for swimming and daily life around water (though as always, strap and button use guidelines should be followed). Battery life is estimated at about three years using a CR1616 battery.
In Japan, pre-orders are open for both the Casio Baby-G+Plus BGD-10KH-1 and BGD-10KH-7 at ¥9,900 (around $63). Casio has also listed these models as an international release on its global site, but worldwide pricing and exact launch timing for different regions haven’t been shared yet.
For anyone searching for a compact digital watch with a cute Valentine aesthetic, practical daily features, and a fun accessory-style holder, these new Casio Baby-G+Plus BGD-10KH models are shaping up to be an attention-grabbing global release.
