The striking “rainbow” full-metal design had been the subject of rumors since late 2025, with early images of the watch appearing online in early 2026. Now it’s confirmed—and it’s every bit as bold as enthusiasts expected.
The new Casio G-Shock GMW-BZ5000RC-1 has appeared in Casio’s online store in Japan and is expected to open for pre-orders shortly. In Japan, the listed price is ¥121,000 (around $761). Casio has also added the model to its international website, signaling a wider global release later on. While official timing, regions, and local pricing haven’t been announced yet, early chatter points to a possible UK price of around £770.
