Casio has officially brought its new G-Shock GAB010 lineup to the United States, giving shoppers three fresh options built for everyday toughness with modern fitness tracking. Recently introduced in Japan in November 2025 and later rolling out across parts of Europe, the GAB010 series is now available through Casio’s US online store.
US buyers can choose from the GAB010-1A (black case and strap with a positive display), the GAB010-1A1 (black case and strap with a negative display), or the GAB010-3A (khaki case and strap with a positive display). Each model is priced at $180. Casio is also offering free delivery with an estimated shipping window of six to ten business days. The same pricing is also being seen through Amazon Marketplace listings.
What makes the Casio G-Shock GAB010 especially appealing is how it blends the brand’s classic analog-digital style with practical activity tracking. The watch includes step tracking, showing your daily step count on the LCD. There’s also a progress indicator in the top-right area of the display so you can quickly see how close you are to your step goal without digging through menus.
For anyone who likes deeper stats, step data can be synced to a phone through the Casio Watches app using Bluetooth. The app also adds convenience features such as automatic time adjustments for improved accuracy and a phone finder function, a handy tool if your phone tends to disappear around the house or office.
Beyond fitness features, the GAB010 is designed to be a reliable daily companion for travel and scheduling. It supports multiple world time zones and includes a stopwatch, countdown timer, and five daily alarms—useful for workouts, commuting reminders, or keeping track of busy days.
Power is another big highlight. The GAB010 runs on solar charging and uses a newly developed module that Casio says consumes about 40% less power than the previous version. For buyers searching for a solar-powered G-Shock in the US, this efficiency bump could be a major reason to consider the newer model.
Design-wise, the watch keeps the rugged, “toughness-oriented” G-Shock identity while adding refined touches: two analog hands over a sun-ray dial, plus a metal-finished inset dial for extra visual depth. The case and strap are made from resin, and the watch measures 52.3 x 49.3 x 15.2 mm, giving it the bold wrist presence many G-Shock fans prefer.
With solar charging, Bluetooth syncing, step tracking, world time, and multiple alarms, the Casio G-Shock GAB010 series shapes up as a strong option for anyone who wants a durable everyday watch that also supports basic fitness and smart features—without stepping into full smartwatch territory.
