Belkin’s Stage PowerGrip, a camera-grip accessory designed for phones that support magnetic wireless charging, has officially launched in China—months after its initial debut in the United States. And for shoppers in China, that wait comes with a major perk: a dramatically lower price.
Originally introduced in October for magnetically charging smartphones like the iPhone 16 and Pixel 10 Pro, the Stage PowerGrip combines a phone grip with a built-in power bank, aiming to make mobile photography and video creation easier while keeping your battery topped up. While the accessory has been sold in the US since launch, its China release has arrived with pricing that’s hard to ignore.
In China, the Belkin Stage PowerGrip is listed for CNY 234 (about $34). That’s less than half of the $79.99 price commonly seen in the US. Price differences between regions aren’t unusual, but this gap is especially striking—particularly since the hardware and features appear to be the same.
A camera grip that’s also a serious power bank
One of the biggest selling points of the Belkin Stage PowerGrip is its large 9,300mAh battery, allowing it to function as a substantial portable charger while magnetically attaching to compatible phones for wireless charging. It’s built for multitaskers too, with support for charging up to three devices at once.
While your phone charges wirelessly, you can power two additional gadgets in parallel: one via the integrated retractable USB-C cable, and another through the built-in USB-C port. Belkin also includes an LCD display, making it easy to check remaining battery at a glance—an increasingly popular feature for power banks that people rely on throughout the day.
Recharging the Stage PowerGrip is also flexible, as the same retractable USB-C cable or the USB-C port can be used to top it back up.
Made for creators: stand mode, tripod support, and a shutter button
Beyond charging, the Stage PowerGrip is clearly built with content creation in mind. It can act as a phone stand for livestreaming, hands-free shooting, or watching videos. There’s also a ¼-inch screw mount, letting you attach it to a tripod for steadier photos and smoother video—useful for travel, group shots, or creator setups where stability matters.
To make shooting even easier, the Stage PowerGrip connects to your phone via Bluetooth and includes a one-touch shutter button, giving you a more camera-like experience when filming or taking photos.
Why the China pricing matters
For anyone interested in a magnetic wireless charging grip that doubles as a high-capacity power bank, this launch stands out because of value. At roughly $34 in China, the Stage PowerGrip becomes a far more compelling option for mobile creators and frequent travelers—especially given features like three-device charging, a built-in retractable USB-C cable, an LCD battery display, and tripod compatibility.
If Belkin’s pricing strategy expands to other regions in the future, the Stage PowerGrip could quickly become one of the more talked-about magnetic charging accessories for iPhone and Android users who want better ergonomics and longer battery life in one device.
