Beelink ME Pro NAS Debuts With AMD Ryzen Power and Up to 136TB Storage Support
Beelink has launched a new AMD-powered version of its ME Pro NAS in China, aimed at users who want a compact but high-capacity storage system for backups, media libraries, home labs, and small office use.
The new Beelink ME Pro NAS is powered by the AMD Ryzen 7 H 255, a Hawk Point APU with a configuration similar to the Ryzen 7 8745H. It also includes Radeon 780M integrated graphics, giving the system enough performance for more than basic file storage. This makes it a promising option for users who want a NAS that can also handle heavier multitasking, media-related workloads, and fast data management.
Storage is one of the biggest highlights of this model. The system comes with four M.2 slots, three of which support PCIe 4.0 x4 SSDs, while the fourth supports a PCIe 4.0 x1 drive. Each M.2 slot supports up to 4TB, allowing users to install as much as 16TB of high-speed SSD storage.
In addition to the M.2 slots, the Beelink ME Pro NAS includes four bays for 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch SATA drives. Each upper drive bay can support up to a 30TB hard drive, bringing the SATA storage capacity to 120TB. Combined with the M.2 storage, the total supported capacity reaches up to 136TB.
Networking is another strong point. The NAS includes both a 2.5G Ethernet port and a 10G Ethernet port, making it suitable for fast file transfers, large backups, media streaming, and multi-user environments. For users moving large video files, running a private cloud, or managing business data, the 10G connection could be a major advantage.
The port selection is also practical. The AMD-powered Beelink ME Pro NAS includes an HDMI port with support for 4K at 60Hz, three USB 3 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one USB4 port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Wireless connectivity is handled by WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4.
Beelink also claims the cooling system is designed to keep temperatures under control during heavier use. According to the company, the CPU can stay around 41°C under load, while the drives remain around 43°C. Efficient cooling is especially important for NAS systems, since they are often expected to run for long periods while handling continuous read and write activity.
Pricing in China starts at CNY 2,739, which is roughly $403, for the barebone version with the Ryzen 7 H 255. A higher-end configuration with 32GB of RAM and 500GB of storage is priced at CNY 5,599, or about $824.
Beelink already sells other ME Pro NAS variants internationally, so this AMD Ryzen model is expected to reach additional markets later. If the pricing remains competitive, the new ME Pro could appeal to users looking for a powerful NAS with fast networking, large storage support, and a compact footprint.
