Schenker Element 16 launches with Intel Core Ultra power, 72GB RAM support, and a 120Hz 1600p display
Schenker has introduced the Element 16, a new 16-inch laptop aimed at users who want a strong balance of performance, portability, and upgrade flexibility. With Intel Core Ultra processor options, a high-resolution display, long battery life claims, and support for up to 72GB of DDR5 memory, the Element 16 is designed to appeal to students, professionals, creators, and everyday power users.
Performance is one of the biggest highlights of the Schenker Element 16. The laptop is available with Intel’s Core Ultra 5 325 processor as the base option, while buyers can upgrade to the more powerful Core Ultra 7 356H. Performance figures suggest the Core Ultra 7 356H is around 39% faster than the Core Ultra 5 325, making it the better choice for heavier workloads such as multitasking, content creation, office productivity, and demanding browser-based tasks.
The Core Ultra 7 356H is also tuned for higher power limits in this machine. It can reportedly sustain up to 50W under longer workloads and reach up to 65W during short performance bursts. That should help the Element 16 deliver stronger responsiveness when opening large files, exporting media, or switching between demanding apps.
Schenker has also focused on upgrade options. The Element 16 includes a PCIe 5.0-capable SSD slot, giving users access to faster next-generation storage potential. For memory, the laptop combines 8GB of soldered RAM with a single SODIMM slot. Depending on the configuration, this allows the system to support up to 72GB of DDR5 RAM, which is a major advantage for users who want a laptop that can grow with their needs over time.
The display is another strong feature. The Element 16 comes with a 16-inch IPS panel featuring a 1600p resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 400 nits of brightness. It also covers 100% of the sRGB color space, making it suitable for everyday creative work, photo editing, media consumption, and general productivity. The 120Hz refresh rate should make scrolling, animations, and supported content feel smoother than on standard 60Hz panels.
Despite its 16-inch size and capable hardware, the Element 16 remains relatively portable. It weighs 1.9kg and measures 359.8 x 257 x 19.9mm. That makes it slim enough for daily travel while still offering the screen space many users prefer for productivity.
Battery life is also a key selling point. Schenker equips the Element 16 with a 72Wh battery, with the company claiming up to around 12 hours of video streaming in power-saving mode at 150 nits. Real-world battery life will depend on brightness, workload, wireless connectivity, and performance settings, but the large battery should make the laptop a practical option for long work sessions away from a charger.
Pricing for the Schenker Element 16 starts at €1,499, including 19% VAT. The entry-level configuration includes an Intel Core Ultra 5 325 processor, 16GB of RAM with 8GB soldered, a 500GB SSD, and the 1600p 400-nit IPS display. Buyers who want the Core Ultra 7 356H processor can upgrade for an additional €150.
Schenker is also offering a 5% discount for orders placed before August 31 through its official sales channel. Shipments are expected to begin in late August 2026.
