ZTE is stepping into the growing “smart display on wheels” category with the new ZTE FreeScreen F10, a portable smart screen designed to move easily from room to room—much like popular rolling smart TVs. What helps it stand out, though, is a feature many people have been asking for in a truly portable screen: built-in 5G mobile connectivity via a physical SIM card slot, plus a battery made for all-day use.
At the center of the FreeScreen F10 is a 27-inch LCD display with a 1080p resolution and 300 nits of brightness. It’s built for smooth everyday viewing thanks to a 100Hz refresh rate, and it supports 10-point touch for tapping, swiping, and interactive use. In terms of size and weight, the FreeScreen F10 measures 158.4 cm tall from the top of the screen to the base. It weighs 18 kg with the base attached, and about 6 kg without the base, indicating the stand and rolling platform account for a significant portion of the overall weight—useful to know for anyone considering how often they’ll move it or store it.
The ZTE FreeScreen F10 launched in China with a listed price of CNY 3,499, while a national subsidy drops the price to CNY 2,999. With its combination of a large 27-inch rotating touchscreen, 5G SIM support, and long battery life, ZTE is clearly positioning the FreeScreen F10 as a versatile smart display for users who want flexibility, portability, and always-on connectivity in one device.
