Xiaomi has officially unveiled its latest innovation in China: the Mijia Wireless Floor Scrubber 4. This newest addition to the Mijia series is the entry-level model, joining its more advanced siblings, the 4 Max and 4 Pro.
What sets this device apart is its combination of a robust vacuum and a roller mop, featuring a docking station that automatically cleans and dries the mop. The roller brush spins at an impressive 450 revolutions per minute, offering three different cleaning modes and fast-drying technology. After cleaning, the mop is washed with hot water at 70°C and dried with 100°C hot air, ensuring it’s ready for the next round. A new odor-suppressing stick keeps any unwanted smells at bay.
With a suction power of up to 18,000 Pa, this model is slightly less powerful than the 23,000 Pa offered by the 4 Max, but it still packs a punch. An anti-tangle system efficiently prevents hair from getting caught. Its flexible hinge allows it to reach under furniture with ease.
While it lacks some of the advanced features of the 4 Pro and 4 Max, such as intelligent dirt detection and app support, it still delivers on performance. Powered by a 4,000 mAh battery, the scrubber can run for up to 40 minutes, recharging conveniently at its docking station.
Currently priced at CNY 1,699 (around $237), its availability outside China remains uncertain, though Xiaomi already markets similar products in Europe, like the Truclean W20. This launch enhances Xiaomi’s reputation for delivering innovative and cost-effective cleaning solutions.
