Xiaomi’s H50 and H50 Pro Vacuums Go Global With Edge Cleaning and Hot-Air Drying

Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 and H50 Pro Launch Internationally With Up to 15,000Pa Suction

Xiaomi is expanding its smart home lineup with the international release of the Robot Vacuum H50 series, bringing two new automated floor-cleaning options to shoppers in the UK and Europe. The range includes the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 and the more advanced Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 Pro, both designed to make everyday cleaning easier with strong suction, smart navigation, mopping support, and self-maintenance features.

The new robot vacuums are aimed at users who want a more hands-off cleaning experience without moving into ultra-premium price territory. With automatic dust collection, mop cleaning, app control, and advanced mapping, the H50 series is built to handle dust, crumbs, pet hair, hard floors, carpets, corners, and baseboards with minimal effort from the user.

The standout model is the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 Pro. It delivers up to 15,000Pa of suction power, making it suitable for deeper cleaning tasks such as lifting dust from carpets, pulling debris from floor gaps, and collecting pet hair. Xiaomi has also equipped the H50 Pro with dual robotic arms, including an extendable side brush and extendable mop pads. These help the vacuum reach along walls, into corners, and around edges where many robot vacuums often miss dirt.

Another major feature of the H50 Pro is its all-in-one self-cleaning station. The dock can automatically empty dust, wash the mop pads, and dry them with hot air to help reduce moisture buildup and unwanted odors. The dust collection system is designed to last up to 75 days before needing manual emptying, depending on usage and home conditions.

Navigation is handled by a 129-degree wide-angle laser system, which helps the robot detect obstacles and create accurate 360-degree maps of the home. This allows the vacuum to clean in a more organized way instead of moving randomly. The H50 Pro also includes anti-tangle technology, using a specialized Y-shaped comb tooth structure and dual-claw spiral brushes to reduce hair wrapping around the brush system.

Battery life is another strong point. The Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 Pro includes a 5,200mAh battery and can run for up to 180 minutes on a single charge. Xiaomi says this allows it to cover spaces of up to 240 square meters, making it suitable for larger homes or multi-room cleaning sessions.

For buyers who want a more affordable option, the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 offers many of the same core benefits at a lower price. It features up to 10,000Pa of suction, which is still powerful enough for daily floor cleaning, dust pickup, crumbs, and general household debris.

The standard H50 also comes with an automated docking station for dust collection and water management. It includes 4L clean water and 4L dirty water tanks, helping reduce the need for constant refilling and emptying. While it does not match the Pro model in every premium feature, it still offers a strong package for users who want smart cleaning at a more accessible price.

The Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 uses LDS laser navigation for 360-degree home mapping, allowing it to move efficiently through rooms and clean in a planned route. It also works with the Xiaomi Home app, where users can set cleaning schedules, create virtual walls, choose specific cleaning zones, and control the robot remotely.

Like the Pro version, the standard H50 includes an anti-tangle brush system designed to reduce hair buildup. This should make it especially useful for households with pets or people with longer hair.

Pricing starts at £359 in the UK and 399 € in Europe for the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50. The more powerful Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 Pro is priced at £459 in the UK and 499 € in Europe.

With high suction power, smart mapping, automated docking, and mopping features, the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 series gives smart home users two compelling new choices. The H50 is positioned as the practical everyday cleaner, while the H50 Pro adds stronger suction, improved edge cleaning, hot-air mop drying, and longer runtime for those who want a more complete automated cleaning system.
