Xiaomi has expanded its lineup of portable charging accessories in the UK with the launch of the Xiaomi Super Slim Magnetic Power Bank 5000, a compact magnetic battery pack designed for easy everyday carry. After arriving in several European markets in November 2025 and debuting in China earlier this year, the slim power bank is now officially on sale for UK shoppers.
Built for portability, the Super Slim Magnetic Power Bank 5000 measures 102 x 69.6 x 8.7 mm and weighs just 122 g, making it easy to slip into a pocket, bag, or small tech pouch. Xiaomi also claims this model is 27.5% slimmer than the brand’s previous Magnetic Power Bank 5000, helped by its aluminum body and streamlined design.
A big selling point is its dual charging approach. The power bank supports both wireless and wired charging, and it can charge two devices at the same time. The wireless charging pad delivers up to 15W and includes magnets designed to keep a compatible phone aligned and securely attached while charging. For wired charging, there’s a USB-C port offering up to 22.5W output. Xiaomi hasn’t specified exactly how power is split when wireless and USB-C charging are used simultaneously, but the feature is aimed at users who want to top up a phone and another device in one session.
Inside, the Super Slim Magnetic Power Bank 5000 uses a high-density 5,000 mAh (19.35 Wh) lithium cobalt oxide battery. Battery status is shown via LED indicators, and recharging the power bank itself is handled through the USB-C port.
Pricing in the UK is set at £29.99 via Xiaomi’s online store. Buyers can choose from black, purple, or blue, while a gold option also appears in product imagery. For reference, the same model is priced at €34.99 in some EU markets such as Germany.
