Withings is giving health and fitness fans in Europe a chance to try its next big wellness device before most people can even buy it. The company has opened applications for the Withings BodyScan 2 Insider Program, a limited early-access test designed to help fine-tune the BodyScan 2 ahead of its worldwide release.
First revealed at CES 2026, the Withings BodyScan 2 is a smart, scale-like health tracking device built to go far beyond basic weight readings. Withings says it can monitor more than 60 biomarkers, positioning it as an at-home tool for people who want a deeper, more data-driven look at their health.
For this insider program, Withings is recruiting 500 testers living in the European Union. Interested users can apply through an online form, and those selected will get the opportunity to purchase the BodyScan 2 ahead of its global launch. In exchange, participants will share their experience directly with Withings through surveys and 30-minute feedback calls.
There’s also an incentive for those who stick with it. Participants who complete more than 80% of the program can unlock a reward package that includes a €70 gift card plus a one-year Withings+ subscription, valued at €100.
So what makes the BodyScan 2 stand out? Withings highlights several key features aimed at everyday health monitoring, including hypertension notifications, cardiovascular analysis, and glycemic impact measurements. The device wirelessly syncs the collected data to the Withings app, where users can review results and get actionable insights intended to support healthier habits and overall wellbeing.
While Withings hasn’t confirmed the exact release date yet, the wording around the insider program suggests the global launch is only weeks away. Pricing is expected to land around $599.95 / £449.95 / €499.95.
