Intel’s new Arrow Lake Refresh desktop processors are starting to show up at major online retailers, giving PC builders a clearer idea of real-world pricing if you’re upgrading for faster gaming and stronger productivity. Early listings also reveal which models are easier to find right now—and which stores may take a bit longer to stock them.
The most attention is on the Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus, positioned as a high-performance choice for people who want a strong all-around CPU for gaming, content creation, and heavy multitasking. This chip features a 24-core, 24-thread setup and includes four more Efficient cores than the Core Ultra 7 265K. Although it launched with a $299 price, current retailer pricing is higher. At the moment, it’s listed for $349 at Newegg and $357 at Amazon. Availability at Walmart and Best Buy appears limited for now, so shoppers may need to wait a little longer if they prefer buying from those stores.

Amazon: $357
In the more mid-range segment, Intel’s Core Ultra 5 250K Plus and Core Ultra 5 250KF Plus are also appearing at retailers. These chips now come with four additional Efficient cores, bringing them to an 18-core, 18-thread configuration—an appealing bump for anyone who games and also streams, edits, or runs multi-threaded workloads. The key difference between the two is that the Core Ultra 5 250KF Plus lacks integrated graphics, which matters if you want a backup display option or plan to troubleshoot without a dedicated GPU.
The Core Ultra 5 250K officially launched at $199, but early retail pricing is mixed. Newegg currently lists it for $219, while Amazon doesn’t appear to have it available right now. For the Core Ultra 5 250KF, Amazon lists it at $227, while Newegg has it at $199.

For performance expectations, Intel is positioning the Core Ultra 7 270K Plus as the go-to option if you want a noticeable boost in productivity alongside gaming gains. The company claims up to 85% higher productivity and up to 4% better gaming performance compared to the Ryzen 7 9700X. Meanwhile, the Ultra 5 250K and 250KF Plus models are aimed at gamers who want strong frame rates similar to Ryzen 9600X-class gaming performance, with improved multi-threaded capability thanks to those additional cores.
If you’re shopping now, Newegg and Amazon are the most reliable places to find Arrow Lake Refresh listings today, with pricing that may continue to shift as more inventory lands and additional retailers begin carrying the new chips.
