Fresh signs point to Vivo gearing up for a major flagship launch in China, with not one but two versions of the upcoming Vivo X300 Ultra now appearing in official certification.
A recent 3C listing suggests Vivo is preparing the standard Vivo X300 Ultra under the model number V2547A. That’s a notable detail because earlier reports linked the X300 Ultra to model V2536A, but newer evidence appears to contradict that assumption. With the V2547A now showing up in certification, it’s increasingly likely this is the primary model Vivo plans to sell in its home market.
The same certification also hints at a meaningful upgrade for charging speeds. According to the 3C details, the Vivo X300 Ultra (V2547A) supports up to 100W fast charging. If accurate, that would represent a 10W increase over the Vivo X200 Ultra, making the next-generation Ultra model even more appealing for buyers who care about quicker top-ups and less time tethered to a charger.
Even more interesting is a second certified variant: V2547DA. The listing describes this version as a BeiDou Edition of the V2547A. In practical terms, this points to a Vivo X300 Ultra variant equipped with satellite connectivity, using China’s BeiDou satellite navigation system. Satellite features are becoming a bigger selling point in premium smartphones, especially for emergency communication and connectivity in areas with weak cellular coverage.
For now, the biggest unanswered question is availability. The standard Vivo X300 Ultra may or may not see a wider release beyond China, and it’s even less clear whether the BeiDou Edition with satellite connectivity will ever be sold globally. At this stage, certification confirms the devices are in motion, but launch timing and regional rollout remain unknown.
With 100W charging and a potential satellite-capable edition, the Vivo X300 Ultra lineup is shaping up to be a serious flagship series worth watching as more official details emerge.
