Vivo looks ready to take its next Ultra flagship beyond China this time. After last year’s Vivo X200 Ultra stayed as a China-only release, new certification activity now points to the upcoming Vivo X300 Ultra getting a global launch.
The biggest clue comes from the model number V2562, which has been appearing in multiple regulatory databases. The device previously passed EEC and TKDN certifications, but those listings didn’t clearly confirm what the phone would be called. Now, a fresh listing from Indonesia’s SDPPI reportedly ties V2562 directly to the Vivo X300 Ultra global variant, strongly suggesting it’s headed to international markets.
The certification trail doesn’t stop there. Vivo’s Vivo X300 FE has also surfaced in Indonesia’s SDPPI database under the model number V2537. Interest around the X300 FE has been growing after it recently showed up on Geekbench, where it was listed with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. Based on current rumors, the X300 FE may be a rebranded version of the Vivo S50 Pro Mini that launched in China, which could help Vivo expand its lineup in more regions with a familiar hardware platform.
Vivo X300 Ultra rumored specs: big display, Zeiss cameras, and a massive battery
Leaks paint the Vivo X300 Ultra as a top-tier flagship built to compete at the very highest level. It’s expected to feature a 6.82-inch flat LTPO OLED display with a sharp 2K resolution, positioning it as a large-screen premium device aimed at power users, gamers, and mobile photography fans.
Camera hardware is also rumored to be a major focus. The phone is said to come with a Zeiss-branded rear camera system that includes:
– A 200MP main camera
– A 200MP periscope telephoto lens for long-range zoom
– A 50MP ultrawide camera for wider scenes and landscapes
On the performance side, the Vivo X300 Ultra is tipped to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. That would set it apart from the Vivo X300 Pro, which is rumored to run on the Dimensity 9500, giving the Ultra model a different approach to flagship-grade speed and efficiency.
Battery life could be another standout feature. Current reports suggest a large 7,000mAh battery paired with 120W fast charging, which would be an attention-grabbing combination for anyone who wants both long endurance and quick top-ups.
Possible launch timing
While Vivo hasn’t confirmed anything officially yet, rumors suggest the Vivo X300 Ultra could debut in China as early as March. With global certification now pointing toward an international version, a wider release may follow afterward—good news for buyers who previously missed out when the X200 Ultra never arrived outside China.
For now, these details remain based on certifications and leaks, but the signs are stacking up that Vivo is preparing a serious global flagship push with the Vivo X300 Ultra and an additional option in the Vivo X300 FE.
