The Roborock Qrevo Edge, an innovative robot vacuum and mop, is anticipated to make its debut in Europe this year. This model was first introduced at the IFA 2024 event, following the launches of its siblings, the Qrevo Curv and Qrevo Slim. However, while those models have already hit the market, the Qrevo Edge is yet to see a release.
According to the European site Robocleaners, the Qrevo Edge is currently out of stock, with expectations to be available around November 28th. Conversations with the retailer have shed light on delays affecting its launch, but there is optimism that the Qrevo Edge will be available by the year’s end.
The Qrevo Edge boasts the same impressive features as the Qrevo Curv, including a remarkable suction power of up to 18,500Pa, securing its position as one of the leading robot vacuums in its category. It comes equipped with cutting-edge tools like the AdaptiLift Chassis, designed for navigating taller obstacles, the sophisticated DuoDivide brush to prevent tangles, and the innovative FlexiArm Side Brush. The primary distinction between the Edge and the Curv lies in its docking station: the Edge features a conventional rectangular dock, compared to the Curv’s dome-shaped one. Once docked, the robot efficiently cleans itself, automatically handling tasks such as emptying its dustbin and washing the mop with hot water heated to 75°C (167°F).
The Roborock Qrevo Edge is expected to share the same pricing as the Qrevo Curv at about $1,599.99/€1,499.99. However, the Curv is currently available for a reduced price of €1,099.00 on select platforms. While the precise European launch date of the Qrevo Edge remains a mystery, it has begun appearing on the brand’s US website, though no specific release information has been provided for that market.
Keep an eye out for this promising addition to the Roborock family, as it promises to blend high functionality with advanced technology to ease your cleaning tasks.
