A new collaboration between Casio G-Shock and the trendy streetwear brand Hidden is generating buzz in the watch world. Following their successful 2023 debut of the DW5600HDN227 timepiece, the duo is back with another exciting addition to Hidden’s “In the Blink of an Eye” collection, launching in July 2025.
This upcoming watch features a striking design with a white casing, bezel, and strap, paired with a digital display surround. Dark green accents, including the Hidden logo on the lower strap, and black wire face protectors add a stylish flair. The Hidden logo lights up in orange when the LED backlight is activated, offering a unique touch.
Matching the dimensions of popular DW-5600 models, the watch is expected to measure approximately 48.9 x 42.8 x 13.4 mm. It promises similar features to the new DW5600WW-7 model, including a 1/100th second stopwatch, countdown timer, hourly time signals, and a multi-function alarm. Notably, it is designed to be water-resistant up to 200 meters and boasts an estimated five-year battery life. The watch also includes a fully automatic calendar and maintains accuracy within 15 seconds each month.
The Casio G-Shock x Hidden DW-5600 series watch will be available for purchase through two of Hidden’s online platforms. The official release is set for 3 PM on Friday, July 11th at hiddenppf.com. However, members registered on hiddenrsrch.com will enjoy early access to the timepiece starting at 12 PM on the same day. Pricing details are yet to be announced.
It remains uncertain if the watch will also be featured on Casio’s US online store. Given the rapid sell-out of the first collaboration watch, it’s unclear how many units will be offered this time. Enthusiasts and collectors might want to act quickly to secure this eye-catching accessory.
