Surge of Interest Follows Launch of Palworld Creator’s Publishing Division

After launching Pocketpair Publishing, Pocketpair’s new venture into the game publishing world has quickly captured the attention of aspiring developers. In just a week, the fledgling publisher received an impressive influx of interest: 400 emails, 150 game pitches, and over 2,000 requests on LinkedIn flooded their channels. The enthusiastic response left the team “blown away,” as they work diligently to sift through the barrage of creative ideas. “We’re committed to supporting as many brilliant projects as possible,” they assured.

The announcement of Pocketpair Publishing coincided with the reveal of their debut project, a thrilling new horror game by Surgent Studios, known for Tales of Kenzera: ZAU, which is anticipated for release in 2025.

John Buckley, the Pocketpair communications director and publishing manager, expressed his gratitude for the overwhelming interest, stating, “Our first week has been extraordinary! We’re just getting started, but we aim to assist as many developers as we can.”

In an exciting twist, Buckley also revealed via social media that Pocketpair Publishing is wasting no time. They’ve already signed two additional games alongside the upcoming horror title from Surgent Studios. This eagerness to expand their roster demonstrates Pocketpair Publishing’s ambitious drive to become a formidable player in the gaming industry, offering new opportunities for developers eager to bring their visions to life.
