Following the launch of the Smalth Titanium ring late last year, the company is now offering an even slimmer alternative that focuses on comfort without sacrificing key features.
The new Smalth Ceramic smart ring is noticeably smaller on the finger. It measures just 4 mm wide and weighs about 2 grams, making it a strong option for anyone who finds wider smart rings bulky during sleep, workouts, or everyday wear. For comparison, the Smalth Titanium ring is 7.6 mm wide and weighs around 2.7 grams.
As its name suggests, this version comes with a ceramic coating that gives the ring a smooth, refined finish while still aiming to deliver the durability and comfort Smalth users expect. Even with its thinner build, the ring is rated at 10 ATM water resistance, meaning it’s built to handle water exposure confidently during daily life and active use.
On the health side, Smalth says the Ceramic ring offers the same advanced monitoring capabilities as the Titanium model. It supports 24/7 heart rate tracking and blood oxygen saturation monitoring. Sleep tracking is also included, with the ability to follow sleep cycles and stages, view a sleep score, and track total sleep time. For fitness and movement, the ring supports activity tracking for options like running, walking, cycling, and more.
Battery life is another highlight, with Smalth rating the Ceramic ring for up to 8 days on a single charge, helping it compete well among smart rings aimed at all-day, all-night tracking.
