Khadas Mind Go Debuts as a 3-in-1 Windows Tablet With Intel Lunar Lake Power

Khadas has introduced the Mind Go, a premium 3-in-1 Windows tablet designed for users who want one compact device that can switch between tablet, laptop, and desktop-style workstation modes. Built from aluminium and powered by Intel’s Lunar Lake Core Ultra processors, the Mind Go targets mobile professionals, creators, students, and anyone who needs a flexible PC setup without carrying multiple devices.

The Mind Go features an 11.6-inch IPS display with a sharp 2800 × 2000 resolution, a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate, and up to 500 nits of brightness. That makes it suitable for everyday productivity, streaming, editing, browsing, and working on the move. The compact display is paired with Windows, giving users access to a full desktop operating system in a tablet-sized body.

Two configurations are planned. The entry model uses the Intel Core Ultra 5 226V and comes with 16 GB of LPDDR5X-8533 memory and 512 GB of storage. The higher-end version steps up to the Intel Core Ultra 7 258V, 32 GB of LPDDR5X-8533 memory, and a 1 TB SSD. Both models are aimed at delivering strong performance while keeping the device portable and efficient.

The biggest selling point is the 3-in-1 design. As a standalone Windows tablet, the Mind Go can be used for note-taking, media, presentations, browsing, and light creative work. When attached to the magnetic keyboard stand, it transforms into a laptop-style machine with backlit keys and a floating display design. For a more powerful desk setup, it can connect to the desktop docking station, which expands its ports and boosts cooling.

Battery life is handled through a dual-source setup. The tablet itself includes an 18 Wh battery, while the keyboard accessory adds a much larger 53 Wh battery. Together, Khadas claims the system can deliver up to 12 hours of video playback, making it a practical option for travel and workdays away from a charger.

Performance also changes depending on how the device is being used. In tablet and laptop mode, the Mind Go runs at a 12 W TDP, allowing for quiet passive cooling and longer battery life. When connected to the desktop dock, active cooling raises the available power to 30 W, giving the system more room for demanding tasks. This should help the Intel Arc integrated graphics perform better in workloads such as light gaming, creative apps, multitasking, and external display use.

The docking station significantly improves connectivity. While the tablet includes Thunderbolt 4, the dock adds dual USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, HDMI 2.1, USB 3.0 Type-C, a headphone jack, and RJ45 Ethernet. It also includes stereo speakers and connects to the tablet through pogo pins on the rear. Wireless connectivity includes Bluetooth 5.4 and Wi-Fi 6E, giving users modern options for accessories, networking, and peripherals.

The Mind Go also includes a 2 MP front-facing camera with Windows Hello support for secure sign-in, along with a 13 MP rear camera for photos and video. These additions make it more versatile for video calls, document scanning, remote work, and quick content capture.

Although the device has not fully launched yet, reservations are available through Khadas. Pricing starts at $1,999 for the Super Early Bird Core Ultra 5 Everyday Laptop bundle, which includes the keyboard stand. The Core Ultra 7 version of the same bundle is priced at $2,699. For users who want the full 3-in-1 setup, the Essential bundle includes both the keyboard stand and desktop dock. That package starts at $2,799 for the Core Ultra 5 model and rises to $3,399 for the Core Ultra 7 model.

With its compact aluminium build, high-resolution 120 Hz screen, Intel Lunar Lake processors, magnetic keyboard, desktop dock, and flexible performance modes, the Khadas Mind Go is positioned as a premium convertible Windows tablet for people who want a portable PC that can adapt to different work environments. It is not just a tablet or a laptop alternative; it is designed to become a full productivity hub when docked.
