Samsung has quietly solved a frustrating problem for Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S25 owners who rely on magnetic wireless charging accessories. The company has now begun selling its new Magnet Wireless Battery Pack in multiple markets, and it’s built specifically to fit phones in the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S25 lineups—something many third-party Qi2 magnetic power banks struggle to do.
Even though the Galaxy S26 series, including the Galaxy S26 Ultra, arrived without built-in magnets, the phones still support Qi2 wireless charging. That means you can use Qi2 magnetic accessories as long as you pair the phone with a magnetic case, including many of Samsung’s own official cases. The issue is physical fit: the Galaxy S26 and S25 family’s prominent vertical camera bump can prevent a lot of Qi2 power banks from sitting flush against the back of the phone, which can interrupt alignment and stop wireless charging from working reliably.
Samsung’s new Magnet Wireless Battery Pack tackles that head-on with a distinctive cutout design made to clear the camera bump. As a result, it’s currently one of the only Qi2 magnetic power banks designed to properly attach to the Galaxy S26 and S25 models, including the larger Galaxy S26 Ultra, while still maintaining the correct positioning for charging.
The battery pack comes with a 5,000mAh capacity, aimed at delivering around a full charge for many smartphones depending on usage and model. Wireless charging is capped at 15W, even though the Galaxy S26 Ultra can reach higher Qi2 charging speeds (up to 25W) under the right conditions. For anyone who wants quicker top-ups, Samsung also includes a USB-C port capable of up to 25W wired charging. There’s also a foldable kickstand built in, making it easier to prop your phone up for video calls, streaming, or browsing while it charges.
In terms of size and portability, the power bank measures 7.6 x 102.5 x 14.2 mm and weighs 40g. Samsung includes a short 0.2m USB-C cable in the box.
Pricing varies by region. In the US, Samsung lists the Magnet Wireless Battery Pack at $64.99. In the UK, it has been spotted at a discounted £37.80 from £54 at participating retailers, though availability can fluctuate.
For Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S25 owners searching for a Qi2 magnetic power bank that actually fits around the camera bump and charges reliably, Samsung’s purpose-built cutout design may be the easiest, most compatible option right now.
