Radeon RX 9000 GPUs Get Major Price Cuts in Ark PC’s Japan Spring Sale

AMD’s RDNA 4 graphics cards are finally getting some real price relief in certain regions, and in Japan the discounts are starting to look especially tempting. After weeks of steady price hikes, retailers are now rolling out Spring Sale deals that bring popular Radeon RX 9000-series GPUs much closer to their original launch pricing.

Over the past few months, RX 9000 prices rose quickly, driven largely by tight supply and VRAM-related shortages. That led to inflated street prices across multiple models. Recently, though, demand for overpriced cards has eased in Japan, and AMD along with its board partners appear to be responding with lower pricing. In many cases, RX 9000 GPUs are now selling for roughly 15% to 20% less than they were during the peak of the increase.

Two standout deals are currently drawing attention from Ark PC, a well-known Japanese retailer, which has listed a pair of Sapphire custom models at some of the lowest prices seen this year.

One of the best values is the Sapphire PURE Radeon RX 9060 XT Gaming OC 16GB, now listed at 59,800 yen (about $379). Compared to the average RX 9060 XT 16GB pricing in Japan right now, this works out to roughly a 16% discount. It’s also only around 7% to 10% higher than the average pricing seen back in November 2025, making it one of the closest-to-launch opportunities buyers have had in a while.

To put that into perspective using recent Japan pricing trends for the Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB:
– November 2025 average: ~57,000 yen (about $360)
– February 2026 average: ~71,000 yen (about $449)
– Current deal price: 59,800 yen (about $379)

Ark PC is also discounting the Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 9070 XT Gaming 16GB to 99,800 yen (about $632). That’s around 19% below the current average local price and even under the average levels seen in November 2025. For additional context, the RX 9070 XT has often been priced far higher in other markets, commonly landing in the $700 to $800 range in the US, and prices below $650 have been relatively rare.

Recent Japan pricing trends for the Radeon RX 9070 XT 16GB show why this is notable:
– November 2025 average: ~108,000 yen (about $684)
– February 2026 average: ~124,000 yen (about $785)
– Current deal price: 99,800 yen (about $632)

For buyers who held off during the worst of the shortages and markups, these Spring Sale listings are a sign that RDNA 4 GPU pricing could be stabilizing—at least in certain regions—and that the window for getting a Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB or RX 9070 XT at more reasonable levels may be opening again.
