Oppo is preparing to introduce its next Android tablet, the Oppo Pad 6, in China on May 25, 2026. Ahead of the official launch, the company has revealed several key specifications, positioning the device as a slim, powerful, and productivity-focused tablet designed to deliver near-flagship performance at a more accessible price point.
At the heart of the Oppo Pad 6 is MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500S chipset. While this processor is not being marketed as a full flagship platform, Oppo is clearly aiming for strong performance. The company claims the tablet can reach around 3.06 million points on AnTuTu, a score that places it in the same performance range as some tablets powered by previous-generation premium Snapdragon chips.
The Dimensity 9500S will be paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, giving the Oppo Pad 6 enough power for multitasking, gaming, streaming, creative apps, and productivity tools.
