Oppo Find X10 Ultra and Vivo X500 Ultra Rumored to Redefine Smartphone Photography with 200MP Camera Power

Oppo Find X10 Ultra and Vivo X500 Ultra Could Bring Massive 200MP Camera Upgrades

Oppo and Vivo may be preparing two of their most ambitious camera phones yet. While the Oppo Find X10 series and Vivo X500 series have already drawn attention in the flagship smartphone space, their expected Ultra models are still missing from the lineup. That could change early next year, with both devices rumored to debut first in China.

The biggest talking point is the camera hardware. According to recent leaks, the Oppo Find X10 Ultra and Vivo X500 Ultra could feature a combined total of five 200MP cameras, making them two of the most camera-focused Android flagships expected in 2027.

The Oppo Find X10 Ultra is rumored to come with a triple 200MP camera setup. This may include a 200MP main camera, a 200MP ultrawide camera, and a 200MP 3x telephoto camera. A fourth camera, reportedly a 50MP 10x telephoto lens, could complete the setup.

If accurate, this would mark a major upgrade over earlier rumors, which suggested the Find X10 Ultra would use a 200MP main sensor, a 200MP 3x telephoto camera, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP 10x telephoto camera. The newer leak points to an even more aggressive camera strategy, especially for users who want high-resolution shots across multiple focal lengths.

The rumored camera system also appears to combine elements from previous and current Oppo flagship models. The Find X9 Ultra featured a 200MP main camera, a 200MP 3x telephoto lens, a 50MP 10x telephoto camera, and a 50MP ultrawide sensor. Meanwhile, the Find X10 Pro Max reportedly includes a 200MP main camera, a 200MP 3x telephoto camera, and a 200MP ultrawide lens. The Find X10 Ultra could bring these ideas together into one premium camera phone.

The Vivo X500 Ultra is also expected to focus heavily on photography. The device is rumored to feature two 200MP cameras: one for the main sensor and another for telephoto zoom. Its ultrawide camera is expected to use a 50MP sensor.

That setup would make the Vivo X500 Ultra similar to the Vivo X500 Pro Max, but with a more powerful main camera. If the leak proves correct, Vivo could position the X500 Ultra as a direct competitor to other top-tier camera smartphones, especially for buyers who care about zoom performance, portrait shots, and high-detail mobile photography.

Global availability remains uncertain for both phones. Earlier speculation suggested that rising memory prices could prevent Oppo and Vivo from launching their Ultra models internationally. However, more recent reports claim the Vivo X500 Ultra may still reach select global markets outside China.

The Oppo Find X10 Ultra’s international release appears less certain at this stage. For now, there is no official confirmation from either Oppo or Vivo regarding the final specifications, launch date, or global rollout plans for these upcoming Ultra smartphones.

If these camera rumors are accurate, the Oppo Find X10 Ultra and Vivo X500 Ultra could become two of the most exciting flagship camera phones of the year. With multiple 200MP sensors, advanced zoom hardware, and premium imaging ambitions, both devices may appeal strongly to mobile photographers and Android enthusiasts waiting for the next big leap in smartphone cameras.
