SK hynix, a key partner for NVIDIA, is gearing up to deliver HBM4 samples as early as June, with mass production projected to begin by the third quarter of 2025. NVIDIA plans to incorporate TSMC’s 3nm process and CoWoS-L packaging into the Rubin architecture.
