Nirva has offered an early look at two new smart jewelry wearables revealed at CES 2026: the Nirva Necklace and the Nirva Bracelet. Designed for people who want to live more mindfully, the devices aim to capture everyday moments and turn them into a clearer picture of your mood, habits, and relationships.
At the center of Nirva’s idea is continuous, all-day tracking that goes beyond steps and heart rate. The necklace and bracelet include two microphones, a UV light sensor, and a motion detector, allowing them to monitor daily activity and context. Nirva says the devices are IP67 rated, meaning they’re built to handle dust and water exposure for day-to-day wear. Battery life is estimated at up to two days, and the included jewelry box doubles as a charger, with a claimed 90-minute recharge time.
The standout feature is conversation logging. Nirva says the wearables automatically record conversations throughout the day and convert them into journal-style entries. From there, users can review and organize what was captured in the companion smartphone app, adding bookmarks and attaching extra context such as location details, health data, and calendar information to round out each entry.
Nirva also wants the system to act as a mood and relationship mirror. The app generates a daily mood log based on time spent with different people, the conversations you have, and other tracked signals. The goal is to identify mood triggers and flag patterns that may point to unhealthy dynamics or “toxic” relationships. Using those insights, Nirva suggests users can make more intentional choices about who and what affects their wellbeing.
To guide that process, Nirva includes an AI companion positioned as a supportive life advisor. The company says the AI is designed to provide positive feedback, practical tips, and mindful-living ideas based on the journal and mood patterns it detects.
Nirva expects to open pre-order notifications ahead of a February 2026 pre-order window, with shipments planned for the first half of 2026.
