Narwal Unveils Flow 2 Robot Vacuum Plus New V50 Cordless and U50 Mattress Cleaners

Narwal has introduced the Flow 2, a classic round, disc-shaped robotic vacuum designed to handle both everyday dust and real-life spills. Built around the company’s FlowWash mopping system, the Flow 2 aims to be an all-in-one floor cleaner that vacuums and mops in the same run, tackling dry debris and wet messes without forcing you to intervene mid-clean.

What makes the Flow 2 stand out is its heated water delivery. The robot dispenses water warmed to 140°F (60°C) through 16 dedicated nozzles, then uses a reverse-rolling mopping head to scrub and lift grime more effectively. When it returns to its docking station to recharge, the Flow 2 also empties what it collects—sending wastewater and debris into the dock—so you’re not constantly dealing with a dirty mop pad or a full onboard container.

Navigation and targeting are handled through a smartphone app with a 3D home map. Instead of starting a whole-home clean every time, you can tap specific rooms or zones and send the Flow 2 exactly where you need it—ideal for quick cleanups after cooking, muddy footprints near the entryway, or high-traffic areas that need more frequent attention.

Narwal is also leaning into family- and pet-friendly features. A Baby Care mode is designed to run more quietly and avoid crawling mats, helping keep the cleaning routine from disrupting nap time or playtime. For pet owners, Pet Care mode focuses on deeper cleaning in heavily used areas and adds a more interactive touch: the Flow 2 can locate pets and even enable remote video chat, turning the robot into a mobile helper when you’re away.

The Flow 2 adds a practical safety-minded feature as well: AI Floor Tag. If the robot spots valuables on the floor, it can alert you—helping reduce the chances of important items being missed, dragged around, or accidentally vacuumed up.

Powering these features is an upgraded, cloud-connected NarGPT AI along with dual full-HD cameras offering 136-degree coverage. Together, they’re designed to improve object recognition, keep the robot away from higher-risk obstacles at greater distances, fine-tune cleaning routes, and adjust behavior based on different floor conditions to deliver a more thorough clean, according to the company.

For shoppers comparing the latest robotic vacuum and mop combos, the Narwal Flow 2 positions itself as a smart, heated-mop option that prioritizes hands-off maintenance, targeted cleaning through 3D mapping, and specialized modes for homes with babies and pets.
