Motorola reveals Moto G64 as 5G new mid-range smartphone and first with MediaTek Dimensity 7025 chipset

Motorola has recently unveiled the Moto G64, a new mid-range 5G smartphone that stands out as the first to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 chipset. Manufactured using a 6 nm process by TSMC—a well-known semiconductor company—the Dimensity 7025 boasts an IMG BXM-8-256 GPU, which it shares with its precursor, the Dimensity 7020. This chipset also integrates ARM Cortex-A55 CPU cores that can operate up to speeds of 2 GHz, and Cortex-A78 cores that run at a slightly higher speed of 2.5 GHz, providing a 300 MHz increase in clock speed over the Dimensity 7020.

In terms of display, the Moto G64 proudly presents a full HD 1080p resolution screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, sized at 6.5 inches. It also comes with IP52 certification for dust and water resistance, ensuring durability.
