Lenovo LOQ Essential 15IRH11 Launches Early in Europe as a Budget Gaming Laptop with RTX Graphics
Lenovo’s latest budget gaming laptop, the LOQ Essential 15IRH11, is now rolling out to more markets ahead of schedule. After initially appearing in Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, and New Zealand, the affordable gaming notebook has now reached several European countries, including Austria, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, and the UK.
The Lenovo LOQ Essential 15IRH11 is aimed at gamers and students who want a capable laptop for everyday use, creative work, and entry-level gaming without stepping into premium gaming laptop pricing. In the UK, the laptop currently starts at £1,050, while European pricing ranges between €1,159 and €1,209 depending on the market.
At the heart of the LOQ Essential 15IRH11 is an Intel Core 5 205H processor, paired with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card featuring 4 GB of VRAM. While this is not Lenovo’s most powerful gaming configuration, it should be enough for popular esports titles, casual AAA gaming, schoolwork, streaming, and productivity tasks.
The laptop also comes with 8 GB of DDR5-5200 RAM and a 512 GB M.2 2242 PCIe 4.0 SSD. That storage setup should provide fast boot times and quick app loading, though users who plan to install multiple large games may eventually want additional storage.
One of the more appealing features is the 15.3-inch display. Lenovo has equipped the LOQ Essential 15IRH11 with a 1920 x 1200 resolution panel, a taller 16:10 aspect ratio, a 165 Hz refresh rate, and up to 300 nits of brightness. The higher refresh rate should make gameplay feel smoother, especially in fast-paced titles, while the 16:10 screen gives users a bit more vertical space for browsing, documents, and productivity.
For battery and charging, the laptop includes a 60 Wh battery and supports 135 W charging. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3, giving the device modern wireless performance for gaming, video calls, and daily online use.
With its RTX 3050 GPU, fast 165 Hz screen, and latest-generation wireless support, the Lenovo LOQ Essential 15IRH11 enters the European market as an accessible gaming laptop for buyers who want solid performance at a more approachable price. Its early arrival in the UK and several EU countries gives budget-conscious gamers another option in the growing entry-level gaming laptop segment.
