Lenovo's Yoga 9n 2-In-1 is the first RTX Spark laptop

Lenovo Yoga 9n Breaks Cover as the First RTX Spark 2-in-1 With PureSight Pro OLED and Stylus Support

Lenovo Yoga 9n 2-in-1 could be one of the first Windows 11 laptops powered by NVIDIA RTX Spark

The first wave of Windows 11 laptops powered by NVIDIA’s RTX Spark platform is expected to arrive this fall, and Lenovo appears to be preparing a premium entry for the launch. The upcoming Lenovo Yoga 9n 2-in-1 is shaping up to be one of the most interesting notebooks in this new category, combining NVIDIA’s ARM-based SoC with a sleek convertible design, an OLED display, and productivity-focused features.

The RTX Spark chip is said to use NVIDIA’s Blackwell architecture, making it a notable move into a new class of Windows laptops aimed at gamers, creators, and power users who want strong graphics performance in a highly portable machine. While full performance details are still under wraps, the Yoga 9n 2-in-1 gives us an early idea of how manufacturers may position these new laptops: premium, flexible, and designed for both work and entertainment.

The Lenovo Yoga 9n 2-in-1 reportedly looks very similar to Lenovo’s existing Yoga 9i 2-in-1 Aura Edition. That means users can likely expect a polished aluminum chassis, a high-end finish, and the familiar 360-degree rotating soundbar hinge. This hinge design allows the laptop to switch between multiple modes, including laptop, tablet, tent, and stand, making it suitable for typing, drawing, presentations, streaming, and everyday browsing.

One of the standout features is expected to be the display. The Yoga 9n 2-in-1 is said to feature a 14-inch 2.8K PureSight Pro OLED panel. If accurate, this could make the laptop especially appealing for creative professionals, students, and media lovers who want deep contrast, vivid colors, and sharper visuals. OLED screens are also a strong selling point for users who edit photos, watch movies, or simply want a more premium viewing experience from a Windows 11 laptop.

For video calls and secure login, the top bezel reportedly includes an IR webcam module with support for Windows Hello facial recognition. A privacy shutter is also expected, giving users more control over the camera when it is not in use.

The keyboard layout could also make the Yoga 9n 2-in-1 more practical for productivity. The device is said to include a full-size keyboard with a number pad, which is useful for spreadsheets, data entry, and business users who prefer a more complete typing experience.

Port selection also appears to be solid for a thin convertible laptop. The left side is expected to include HDMI, USB-A, USB-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The right side reportedly includes another USB-A port, another USB-C port, and the power button. This mix of ports should make the laptop more convenient for users who still rely on external monitors, wired accessories, USB drives, and headphones.

Lenovo is also said to be preparing a second RTX Spark-powered model called the Yoga Pro 9n. Unlike the convertible Yoga 9n 2-in-1, the Yoga Pro 9n appears to focus even more on creators and productivity users. It reportedly comes with a larger 15-inch display, giving users more screen space for editing, multitasking, and media work.

One of the most interesting additions on the Yoga Pro 9n is a magnetic pen holder built directly into the lid. The laptop is also said to include a large haptic trackpad that can double as a drawing surface for the stylus. This could make the device especially attractive to digital artists, designers, note-takers, and anyone who wants pen input without always relying on the main touchscreen.

Lenovo also appears to be using the larger body of the Yoga Pro 9n to improve audio. The laptop reportedly includes a 6-speaker system made up of four woofers and two tweeters, along with Dolby Atmos support. If tuned well, this could make the Yoga Pro 9n a strong option for video streaming, music playback, online meetings, and creative audio workflows.

The Yoga Pro 9n’s port layout is also more creator-friendly. It is expected to include HDMI input, USB-A, and USB-C on the left side, along with a full-size SD card reader. On the right side, the laptop reportedly includes USB-C 10Gbps and USB-A. The USB-C port is expected to support charging, although the maximum charging wattage has not yet been confirmed.

Pricing and exact availability for the Lenovo Yoga 9n 2-in-1 and Yoga Pro 9n have not been announced. However, NVIDIA has previously indicated that the first RTX Spark products are scheduled to launch this fall, so more official details could arrive soon.

There have already been early signs of RTX Spark hardware in prototype devices, including a Surface-style Windows laptop concept. Early testing was reportedly limited by unfinished drivers, which affected performance. NVIDIA has since released its first Developer Preview driver for Windows 11, suggesting that software support is moving forward as manufacturers prepare their first retail devices.

If Lenovo’s Yoga 9n 2-in-1 and Yoga Pro 9n launch as expected, they could mark a major step for Windows 11 laptops powered by NVIDIA’s ARM-based RTX Spark platform. With OLED displays, convertible designs, creator-focused tools, premium audio, and modern connectivity, Lenovo’s upcoming Yoga lineup may become one of the most closely watched laptop releases of the fall.
