Keychron has added a new comfort-focused option to its lineup with the Keychron V10 Ultra, an ergonomic 75% wireless mechanical keyboard priced at $124.99. Launching alongside it is the Keychron V0 Ultra, a separate wireless number pad that sells for $69.99. Together, the pair is aimed at people who want a cleaner desk setup without giving up productivity, customization, or responsive performance.
What makes the Keychron V10 Ultra stand out is its 75% Alice layout. Instead of the traditional straight key rows, the Alice-style design is slightly split and angled to better match the natural position of your hands. That subtle change can make a noticeable difference during long typing sessions, office work, or extended gaming, helping reduce wrist strain and improving overall comfort.
Connectivity is another big focus. The V10 Ultra supports three modes: 2.4 GHz wireless, Bluetooth 5.3, and wired USB-C. For users who care about responsiveness, Keychron rates the keyboard at an 8,000 Hz polling rate in both wired mode and 2.4 GHz wireless mode. If you prefer Bluetooth, it can pair with up to three devices at once, making it easy to switch between a desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone without constantly re-pairing.
Battery life is a major selling point, too. With the backlight turned off, Keychron claims up to 660 hours on a single charge from its 4,000 mAh battery. In real-world terms, that can translate to around four months of use if you type for about five hours per day before needing to plug it in again.
For customization fans, the V10 Ultra runs on ZMK firmware and is configurable through the Keychron Launcher web app. You can remap keys, set up macros, and fine-tune shortcuts to match your workflow or game preferences. Inside, it uses an MCU with 1MB of flash, and it comes pre-installed with Keychron Silk POM switches. It also supports both 3-pin and 5-pin hot-swap compatibility, so swapping switches doesn’t require soldering.
Build and features round out the package. The keyboard uses a plastic case, weighs about 950g (±10g), and includes south-facing per-key RGB lighting. Keychron ships a generous accessory set in the box, including a USB-C cable, a Type-A to Type-C adapter, an extension adapter for the wireless receiver, a Type-A 2.4 GHz receiver, a keycap and switch puller, plus tools like a screwdriver and hex key.
