June Brings Dark Ages Path Tracing Update and Expands DLSS Game Library

NVIDIA is making exciting strides with DLSS 4, now enhancing over 125 games and applications, including a thrilling update for DOOM: The Dark Ages set for June.

Since its inception with the GeForce RTX 50 series, DLSS 4 has rapidly expanded from 75 to over 125 supported titles. This speedy adoption underscores DLSS 4’s seamless integration, building on the established DLSS 3 technology. And the momentum isn’t stopping—NVIDIA plans to add support for 10 more games soon, including popular titles like Crimson Desert, F1 25, and Splitgate 2.

On another front, NVIDIA’s RTX Remix is bustling with activity, boasting over 100 released mods and 350 ongoing projects. The Portal RTX upgrade launched on May 18, adding DLSS 4 and RTX Neural Radiance Cache, while an exciting RTX Remix Mod Contest offers community members the chance to win part of a $50,000 prize pool.

Looking ahead to June, DOOM: The Dark Ages is set to receive a major overhaul. This upgrade will enhance the game’s stunning visuals with advanced RTX support, Path Tracing, and DLSS Ray Reconstruction. Players can expect a formidable performance boost, achieving up to seven times the FPS compared to native resolution with Path Tracing enabled.

These updates reflect NVIDIA’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of gaming technology. Stay tuned for more enhancements and improved driver support in upcoming releases.
