Jackery and American Red Cross Unveil Three New Power Stations for Emergency-Ready Energy

Jackery Introduces HomePower Emergency Pro Series to Support Disaster Response and Emergency Preparedness

Jackery has unveiled a new long-term initiative called the Power the Rescuers campaign, created in collaboration with the American Red Cross. The program is designed to expand access to reliable emergency battery backup systems for disaster response teams, relief organizations, and households preparing for power outages or crisis situations.

At the center of the campaign is the Jackery HomePower Emergency Pro series, a co-branded lineup of portable power stations built for demanding emergency environments. As part of the initiative, Jackery says it will donate 10% of profits from the co-branded HomePower Emergency Pro series to frontline organizations in the form of mobile power equipment.

The new lineup includes three models:

Jackery HomePower 3600 Plus Red Cross Edition

Jackery HomePower 2000 Plus v2 Red Cross Edition

Jackery HomePower 1000 Plus v2 Red Cross Edition

Each model features a bold rescue-red design and the American Red Cross logo, giving the series a clear emergency-response identity. The power stations are intended for use in situations where dependable off-grid power can be critical, including natural disasters, rescue operations, medical support, and community relief efforts.

The most powerful model in the lineup, the Jackery HomePower 3600 Plus Red Cross Edition, comes with a large 3.6 kWh battery capacity. Jackery positions this model as a heavy-duty portable power solution for frontline crisis scenarios. It is designed to support demanding equipment such as multi-channel communication systems, perimeter lighting, hydraulic spreaders, rotary hammers, and other high-power rescue tools.

The Jackery HomePower 2000 Plus v2 Red Cross Edition offers a 2 kWh battery capacity, while the Jackery HomePower 1000 Plus v2 Red Cross Edition includes a 1 kWh battery. These two models are aimed at a broad range of emergency and medical applications, offering portable backup power for essential devices when the grid is unavailable.

According to Jackery, the 2000 Plus v2 and 1000 Plus v2 Red Cross Edition models can support equipment such as ventilators, defibrillators, infusion pumps, vaccine and organ cold-storage units, GPS devices, tactical headlamps, smartphones, fans, and two-way radios. This makes the series potentially valuable not only for rescue teams but also for hospitals, temporary shelters, mobile clinics, and families looking for emergency backup power during severe weather events.

Reliable portable power has become increasingly important as storms, wildfires, floods, and other disasters place pressure on electrical infrastructure. Battery power stations can help keep communication tools running, preserve medical supplies, support lighting in dark or unsafe areas, and power essential appliances during extended outages.

While Jackery has revealed the battery capacities and intended use cases for the HomePower Emergency Pro series, details such as output ratings, port selection, charging speeds, solar compatibility, and full technical specifications have not yet been announced.

The Jackery HomePower Emergency Pro series is scheduled to become available to relief organizations and the general public through Jackery beginning in September 2026. With its focus on crisis readiness, emergency response, and portable backup energy, the new lineup is positioned as a practical solution for both professional rescue operations and home emergency preparedness.
