Lava has launched the Yuva 2 5G in India, a budget-friendly smartphone that packs a punch with its impressive features. This new offering from Lava is set to compete with Motorola’s Moto G35. At its core, the Yuva 2 5G is powered by the Unisoc T760 chipset and comes with 4 GB of RAM, alongside 128 GB of storage which can be expanded to 512 GB via a microSD card. It operates on the latest Android 14, although there is no confirmation on future software updates.
The Yuva 2 5G stands out with a unique design feature—a notification light integrated into the rear camera layout, which adds a touch of modernity to the device. It boasts a robust 50 MP primary camera, a 2 MP auxiliary lens, and an 8 MP front camera, perfect for taking selfies and engaging in video calls.
Supporting a 5,000 mAh battery that offers 18 W fast charging, this smartphone ensures you stay powered through your day. The model features a 6.67-inch IPS display that provides vibrant visuals with a resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels, along with a peak brightness of 700 nits, all enhanced by a smooth 90 Hz refresh rate. Measuring 165 x 75.8 x 8.65 mm and weighing 190 grams, it includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor integrated into the power button, dual stereo speakers, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. However, the device does not include water and dust resistance ratings.
Available now on Lava’s official website, the Yuva 2 5G is a compelling choice for those seeking affordability without compromising functionality and style.
