At the heart of this timepiece is a 41mm stainless steel case that cradles a transparent sapphire dial plate. This unique design allows enthusiasts to marvel at the gear train beneath, highlighted by the three horizontal finger bridges. With a total height of 12.65mm and a lug-to-lug length of 48.09mm, the watch also offers water resistance up to 3 ATM.
Founded in 1967 by the legendary Armin Strom, known for his extraordinary skeletonizing skills, the brand has consistently pushed the boundaries of horology. Under the leadership of Serge Michel and Claude Greisler since 2009, Armin Strom has developed its in-house calibres, including the celebrated Equal Force barrel that distinguishes their System 78 line. The rhodium-plated, facetted hands are filled with Super-LumiNova for enhanced legibility. The powerhouse behind this masterpiece is the in-house automatic calibre ASB19. It features a micro-rotor that powers a patented Equal Force barrel, ensuring consistent torque throughout its impressive 72-hour power reserve. Running at 25,200 vph, this 202-part, 28-jewel movement undergoes dual assembly for mechanics and decoration, adhering to the brand’s rigorous finishing standards.
