MEETS TRADING has announced the launch of a crowdfunding initiative on the platform Makuake for its new ergonomic computer accessory, the ultra-light Finger Barrel Mouse i2. Designed to prioritize user comfort, this innovative mouse tackles the common issue of palm heat build-up with its unique ergonomic shape.
The company, which is an accredited distributor of IRONPAW products in Japan, is introducing the Finger Barrel Mouse i2 to cater to users who spend prolonged periods on the computer. Featuring a design that eschews the traditional palm rest, the mouse significantly reduces the weight, coming in at just 1.36 ounces (38.5 grams), making it both easy to carry and use on-the-go.
Notably, its design focuses on minimizing the need for hand movement; with simple thumb and finger motions, users can effortlessly control the mouse. This feature makes the device an excellent fit for constrained spaces such as small desks or cramped airline tray tables.
The Finger Barrel Mouse i2 offers versatile connectivity options, supporting both a 2.4 Ghz wireless connection through a USB-A dongle and Bluetooth. Users can expect up to 40 hours of use between charges. Additionally, the mouse is equipped with silent buttons and adjustable dpi settings (1200, 1600, 2400, 3200 dpi) to cater to different user preferences.
The crowdfunding campaign is slated to conclude on March 30, 2024, with anticipated delivery of orders by the end of April the same year. As an added bonus, the purchase of this mouse comes with a six-month warranty. Production of the Finger Barrel Mouse i2 is set to take place in China.
MEETS TRADING has also emphasized the device’s potential for use in various scenarios, including while standing or walking, thanks to its compact nature that allows for operation even when pocketed.
This device is not just a tool but also a means to enhance computing experiences, especially for those who value mobility, minimalism, and ergonomic design in their tech accessories.
