GameSir G7 Pro Aimlabs Edition Brings Teal Styling and Xbox Support to the Tri-Mode Controller Lineup
GameSir has introduced a new Aimlabs-themed version of its G7 Pro controller, this time designed with Xbox support in mind. The GameSir G7 Pro Aimlabs Edition keeps the familiar feature set of the standard G7 Pro tri-mode controller while adding a striking teal-and-black design inspired by the popular aim-training platform.
This is not the same controller as the earlier G7 Pro 8K Aimlabs Edition, which was made for PC players and featured a much higher 8,000Hz polling rate. Instead, the new GameSir G7 Pro Aimlabs Edition for Xbox is based on the standard G7 Pro model, offering a 1,000Hz polling rate on PC and broader platform compatibility across Xbox, PC, and Android.
The design is one of the biggest highlights. The controller features a black faceplate with a teal gradient at the bottom, giving it a clean but eye-catching look. The translucent teal grips, triggers, and extra bumper buttons help it stand out from the regular G7 Pro models, while the black thumbsticks and D-pad keep the overall style balanced. Since this version is made for Xbox players, the home button includes the Xbox logo.
GameSir also includes a matching charging dock with Aimlabs branding, adding to the special-edition presentation. Extra D-pads, a USB cable, and a 2.4GHz wireless dongle are included in the box, making it ready for multiple gaming setups.
In terms of connectivity, the GameSir G7 Pro Aimlabs Edition works differently depending on the platform. On Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, it connects through a wired connection. On PC, players can use either wired mode or 2.4GHz wireless connectivity. Android users can connect through Bluetooth, making it a flexible controller for players who switch between console, desktop, and mobile gaming.
The controller includes GameSir’s Mag-Res TMR thumbsticks, designed to improve accuracy and durability. It also features Hall Effect analog triggers with micro switch trigger stops, allowing players to choose between smooth analog input and quicker trigger response. The ABXY buttons use optical micro switches, while the D-pad uses mechanical micro switches for a more responsive feel.
For customization, the controller offers four programmable buttons. Players can adjust controls and settings through the GameSir Nexus software, available on PC and Xbox through the Microsoft Store. This allows users to fine-tune the controller to match their preferred playstyle, whether they are playing competitive shooters, racing games, action titles, or platformers.
Other features include four rumble motors, a six-axis gyroscope for PC use, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a 1,200mAh battery. While Xbox play requires a wired connection, the built-in battery supports wireless play on compatible platforms.
