Eureka Unveils Trio of Home-Cleaning Robots: Two New Robot Vacuums and a Floor-Steam Stick Vac

Eureka is expanding its smart home cleaning lineup with the new Eureka Z50 robotic vacuum cleaner, a feature-packed model designed to handle both vacuuming and mopping in one pass. Built for homes that juggle hard floors, carpets, and plenty of daily mess, the Z50 focuses on strong suction, smarter navigation, and a cleaner mop system that’s easier to maintain.

What makes the Eureka Z50 stand out is its ability to switch confidently between dry cleaning and wet mopping thanks to a mop roll design. When the robot moves onto carpet, the mop roll is kept inside the Smart Roller Cover, helping prevent accidental damp patches while the vacuum focuses on deep cleaning. For carpet and rug pickup, the Z50 delivers up to 20,000 Pa of suction power, aimed at lifting dust, crumbs, and embedded debris.

For homes dealing with pet hair or long hair, Eureka includes an anti-tangle brush roll supported by a claw brush. This setup is designed to reduce the buildup of wrapped hair that can choke performance over time, helping the robot keep cleaning efficiently with less manual untangling.

On hard floors, the Z50 shifts into mopping mode with a continuous stream of fresh water applied directly to the mop roll. Instead of spreading dirty water around, the system uses a dirt scraper to remove grime and debris from the roll as it works, then sends the waste into a separate chamber. The goal is a more hygienic clean that keeps the mop roll functioning effectively throughout the run.

Navigation is another highlight. The Eureka Z50 uses a combination of radar, laser, and AI sensors to map rooms, move efficiently, and avoid obstacles around the home. Whether it’s navigating furniture legs, transitioning between rooms, or steering clear of everyday objects left on the floor, these sensors are meant to support smoother, more reliable cleaning sessions.

Powering the robot is a 5,200 mAh battery, built to support longer cleaning runs before returning to recharge. And when the Z50 docks, the maintenance routine becomes more hands-off: the docking station cleans the mop roll using heated water, while also automatically emptying collected debris from the robot. That combination is designed to reduce how often you need to handle dirty bins or wash mop components yourself.

With strong suction, an active mop roll system, and a self-maintaining dock, the Eureka Z50 positions itself as a versatile robotic vacuum and mop for busy households looking for a more automated, everyday floor-cleaning solution.
