Knights Peak and MY.GAMES, in collaboration with developer VEA GAMES, have announced an October release window for their new side-scrolling platformer, Nikoderiko: The Magical World. The game will be available on Windows PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 5.
In Nikoderiko: The Magical World, players will join Niko and Luna on an adventurous quest. The story unfolds on a magical island where the duo encounters an ancient relic, only to have it stolen by the nefarious Grimbald of the Cobring Gems Company. To save the island and its inhabitants, Niko and Luna must traverse seven distinct worlds, aided by their animal companions, and confront the Cobring army.
The game promises a rich, family-friendly experience with single-screen couch co-op gameplay and a soundtrack composed by David Wise, renowned for his work on classic platformers.
